Go all in with Raichu and save Infernape until after the enemy’s debuffing sync move.
Use your first sync move as soon as it’s up. Pay attention to the enemy’s sync move counter. You do not want to accidentally lock in any move with Raichu after the enemy’s sync move. Give Infernape & Flint as much time to use their buffs as possible, and only Fire Blast (over Fire Punch) if you have bars in your gauge to spare.
This method works for any Very Hard Supercourse, but you may need some luck here and there. Liza & Lunatone can be troublesome because Lunatone’s Swift will hit your whole team and likely end the match early.
