Here’s an updated brief tutorial on farming the supercourses for Gym Leader Notes.
To farm the supercourse is quite simple. I used one Striker (Lycanroc) and two Supports (Swanna to buff speed and Lunatone to buff Attack).
Lucario can be used as a Striker.
You just have to max buff your Striker’s Attack and Spam your attacks to take out the boss Pokemon, especially before they activate their sync move. You can use other skills such as potions, full heal, dire hit etc, to increase you sync count if needed.
