Effective April 2nd, Pokemon GO had a massive update to its trainer battles. With this update, Cherrim has gone from zero to hero in the Great League for the GO Battle League. Before Cherrim had no plays, but the update gave it Weather Ball (Fire) the most powerful Fire-type Charge Move in PvP. Between that and Bullet Seed now generating more energy, Cherrim is now a unique Fire-type attacker wrapped up in a Grass-types form. With this combo, Cherrim is one of the most consistent Azu/Regi breaker in the game and also has plays into Deoxys Defense Forme and Altaria. When the suns out, you better get hunting.
