Torchic’s Blazing Hope! can help to boost everyone’s special attack and critical hit rate. One more Dire Hit and “I’ll teach you a lesson” can guarantee Pryce Dewgong at max out +6 Special Attack and +3 Critical Hits. Just Spam Icy Wind for the most damage from here.
