1) Will
Houndoom (5/5), Masquerain (3/5), Eevee (1/5)
Poison stalling with Houndoom. Eevee is great for longer battles like these. Masquerain is amazing against special attackers. Fairly straightforward once you figure it out.

2) Koga
Pidgeot (4/5), Toucannon (5/5), Rotom (1/5)
The sides are weak to special attacks and the middle is weak to physical, so we have Toucannon nuke the middle, while Pidgeot sweeps the sides. Surprisingly effective team, and you get the added bonus of Toucannon endurance. You can still win even without MP refreshes, although refreshes do help quite a bit. The secret to this stage is tweaking the parameters just right so that you can clear the stage before second sync.

3) Bruno
Sceptile (5/5), Meganium (5/5), Torterra (2/5)
For teams that have longevity like this one, it’s best to give the enemy a bunch of HP buffs and minimal offensive buffs, since you will eventually take them out after several syncs. Torterra takes all the hits, while Meganium and Sceptile dish out massive damage. Great to use for Bruno.

4) Karen
Seviper (5/5), Starmie (3/5), Mew (5/5)
Starmie and Mew have standard defensive builds. Seviper is the MVP here though. Of course it can badly poison and trap, but it also has self healing. Mew spams Swift and gets passive healing from Starmie. This team survives just long enough for poison to do its work.

5) Lance
Metagross (6EX), Swanna (3/5, 5*), Altaria (1/5)
Swanna and Metagross is obviously an amazing combination. I give the enemy mostly HP buffs, and some attack buffs. Metagross is strong enough to eat through the added HP, and Swanna can defend against all the attacks. Lisia is especially useful here for clearing out the critical shield that Lance sets up, and you can also grab that 150 point bonus parameter while you’re at it.
