Shiny Snorlax & the 1st part of Shiny Mew is done but the 2nd part is getting harder?

Shiny Mew will not be easily release in the game due to the difficulty of the quest. althought it need time and patience. Unfortunately another trainer encounter a shiny Snorlax in the wild.
