Champion Stadium – Kanto Challenge Week 37
(10 May 2021 – 6 May 2021)
This week is rather tough for F2P-friendly run, since there are number of types with no decent strikers to take them on directly (i.e. Dark, bug, flying), literally at least 1 casualty in every battle lol. However luckily with so many decent F2P units being introduced recently, 7500 points is still doable.
As usual, just want to clarify that my definition of f2p friendly include all story units, legendary event units, and all 3*/4* gacha units (i.e. No 5* Gacha units). I believe with few months of playing without paying a single penny, you should be able to get all these units easily.

– Brief explanation of each battle style
– Team compositions
– Parameters
– Strategy during battles
Here’s some notes when using these teams against the matches:
1) Lance (Fairy Weakness)
The key is to juggle between Horn Leech and Moonblast to ensure survivability and to end the battle the soonest within your capabilities.
2) Agatha (Dark Weakness)
Dont try it just not worth it, too much RNG. if you want to stall it, make sure you use a more reliable tanker than Mew.
3) Lorelei (Grass Weakness)
Initial plan was to use Roserade with its newly learnt Dauntless lucky skill, failed due to not enough firepower + MG issue. Hence changed to Ho-oh, looking forward to its expanded grid!
4) Bruno (Flying Weakness)
Initial plan was to use Rayquaza’s Aerial Ace build, not enough firepower to take it down. But thankfully we have the all-almighty Palkia with its cs9 and Ramming Speed, this dude just eliminates anyone even without type advantage lol.
5) Blue (Bug Weakness)
Typical stall team, use sp def buff to your team while debuffing opponent’s sp atk, because opponents are mainly special strikers.
