All my teams didn’t go exactly to plan so I went with a couple other teams. But overall I’ll say it was really good.
MM debuts for SS Cyrus and BP Morty. The battle with Kahili also finished in record time.
[0:00] – Round 1 vs Acerola (EX Skyla/Nessa/SS Cyrus)
Parameter: More Effective Status Conditions
Originally tried with Hop but the team was too slow. If I had two more copies of Hilbert and EX I would have used him. I’m pleased with SS Cyrus!
[2:39] – Round 2 vs Molayne (EX Kiawe/Serena/SS Erika)
Parameter: Powered Up Special Attack Moves
Original plan was another team but they failed. Seems like you have to presync clear with those strength parameters. Serena really impressed me with her damage in 2K MM last time, and did great here too! SS Erika’s sync move acceleration was also clutch.
[5:24] – Round 3 vs Olivia (EX Ingo/Clay/BP Morty)
Parameter: Use Sync Moves as much as possible
Given last time with OG Leaf I felt that with at least +4 defense, Clay will survive the first sync. Ingo buffs Clay quick and can survive long enough in sandstorm with +4 defense from BP Morty. I always enjoy clears with Clay. Next week is ground weak too!
[8:55] – Round 4 vs Kahili (Bianca/EX SS Lusamine/Lyra)
Parameter: 1/2 Sync Move Countdown
Since sync move countdown is terrible, it helps to have a busted unit like SS Lusamine. Since mine is 3/5 and EX, it’s just pressing 4 buttons to end the 2K clear.
[10:09] – Final vs hau (EX Leaf/EX Cyrus/Lucas)
Parameter: Use Sync Moves as much as possible/Make use of moves with additional effects
I’m still not interested in poison stalling, and I wasn’t interested in using Koga either. So why not try a clear with my newly upgraded Cyrus? Cyrus in dragon zone deletes the stage and I get to use two of the Sinnoh legends together again.
