[0:00] – Round 1 vs Marshal (EX Kiawe/Lear/Bianca)
Parameter: Permanent Field Effects
First time I’ve used Lear in 2k MM. Really happy with his debut! Unfortunately because of my psychic options he won’t get the 3/5 treatment.
[2:08] – Round 2 vs Shauntal (EX Leaf/Ghetsis/Torchic)
Parameter: Faster Move Gauge
It was post-sync, but I really enjoy using Ghetsis as either a debuffer or a sync nuker like I did here.
[4:31] – Round 3 vs Caitlin (EX SS Blue/Nessa/SS Cyrus)
Parameter: Use status conditions
Plan A (Lysandre) wasn’t very good again, so back to my best dark DPS unit in Nessa. I didn’t even use the right grid (water instead of dark), but it was still really good.
First time I’ve used two turtle Pokemon together, too. 🙂
[7:17] – Round 4 vs Grimsley (EX Skyla/EX Anni N/Ninetails)
Parameter: Use physical attacks
I did not realize I was buffing Grimsley (since he’s physical) so some of my other options weren’t good. So I went with the Anni N option. Probably better off debuffing more for the sync nuke rather than using sun honesty.
[9:39] – Final vs Iris (Hop/EX Bea/Masked Royal)
Parameters: Use special and physical attacks
Using Bea is always fun because of how good Sirfetch’d is as a unit. Not a quick clear but it does the job!
Now, time to wait three resets till SS Serena!
