Yes you should evolve it and take it to level 50. You’ll also need to use an elite TM on it to give it earth power as your window for evolving it with its community day move passed last weekend.

I’d argue hold off until you can get Earth Power on it. There are plenty other dragon attackers that are roughly the same VS earth power garchomp being best in slot non shadow.

Everyone should have a maxed out Garchomp or at least one sitting in the top two rows of their box. That’s a hell of a nice Garchomp to have for that.

Definitely evolve but maybe wait until a special event when you can get its legacy move earth power. Even though earth power isn’t garchomp’s best move, if I have a perfect ‘mon I try to make it rarer with by getting it the legacy move- that’s just my personal preference, tho. Definitely evolve, cool catch!!
