In the same format as DQXI and Builders 2, the demo will be a small fraction of the full game, that once finished, it allows you to transfer your save data to the full game.
I wonder how long it will be. DQXI has a famously 10 hours long demo.

Pleased to see a demo coming out for this game. DQ seems to be quite generous with its demos — the DQXI demo was quite a long haul and got me very invested by the time it was over. The demo for DQB2, while ultimately not my jam, was also quite beefy.
I do agree I wish they would do these demos before the game’s launch, not after.

To be honest I feel like a demo for this one is going to turn a lot of people away from buying.

Fantastic news. I bought the game day one, though I’ll buy anything with Dragon Quest in it’s name, but I know a lot of people were on the fence about it. Hoping this demo, like the one with XI S, wins people over because there is some serious love in this title and I want more entries like it! In an ideal world, spin-offs like Treasures could help fill the void between each mainline release.

I enjoyed this game! It’s more simple compared to other monster tamers but sometimes it’s nice to turn your brain off on min maxing stats

Neat! Not a huge DQ guy but this one looked interesting. It was kinda hard to tell what the gameplay was like for the trailers I saw so I’ll give the demo a shot

I’m about to boycott until I see good multiplayer in Builder’s 2.

Glad the demo came to EU and UK as well. When I asked if it was required to play the other DQ games to understand this one people told me I needed to complete XI before and it was kind of a turn-off. There’s a demo for XI as well but this is Treasures I’m interested by and turn-based combat is really not my cup of tea.

Awesome. I was debating buying this game.

Should have been out already

Its an okay game, bought it when released but I’ll be honest I’m waiting on Engage a bit more.

Will it have more than 5 songs?

I loved dq builders, did ok with dq 11, so I tried, and heavily disappointed. They should’ve make builders 2

You mean full download =)

Compared to DQ XI and Builders 2 demo, this Treasures demo is extremely short, and quite underwhelming. Fairly certain from the limited gameplay that this isn’t one for me.
Builders 2 is undefeated with this franchise. All other DQ games have fallen a bit flat.

They needed this before the games launch.
