Im thinking on starting these series, Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana yo be more exact, already saw the gameplay and like it, but really want to know in terms of overall, story, and even if it have side misson, if is worthy to get the game, because reacent im trying, and loving it, alot of game that im adventure like Xenoblade, Astral Chain, Fire Emblem, really want to have a idea if Ys series is like then, thanks !

Damn! I just bought the PSP version off the Vita store like a month ago lol.
Glad to see these games making it onto newer systems, though. Hopefully there’s a physical release, I’d double dip in that instance.

I played Oath In Felghana on PC and it got extremely difficult towards the end, so much so that I just simply gave up and shelved it. Hoping this port may have some difficulty adjustment settings

Oath in Felghana is the first Ys game I played and I loved every second of it. Still my favorite in the series.

Is “Ys” something that doesn’t translate well from Japanese to English or something? I’ve never understood that title…
