Bit of a bummer; with the game being finished, I was hoping it would be announced for an immediate release. Glad that we’ll have a chance to finally play the collection soon though!
Why two months….the game originally was coming April 8th. Crazy that it almost wouldve come out in 2021 if not delayed from the December date to work on it longer.

I was so excited for this, but the delay took so long that I ended up rummaging through my storage and just playing through both games on my old ds. I even finished dual strike and days of ruin afterwards. And this reboot STILL isn’t out

Finally. God, the anime cutscenes are gorgeous. If this really does have map-building/playing multiplayer, I can see it being huge among the FE crowd once Engage dies down a bit.

I wish they would’ve just released it when it was supposed to release. If you didn’t want to see the content in the game, you could’ve waited to buy it on your own, for any amount of time you wanted. You didn’t need Nintendo to MAKE you wait. then everyone else could’ve had it sooner. Literally zero point.

Delaying it was so stupid
If this was priced similarly to Metroid Prime Remastered ai’d be snapping it up. As it is I do not see myself paying full price for two twenty year old gameboy advance games

That was my favourite game on my Gameboy advance. (Really close to Pokémon)
The game has been done over a year, and they’ve already delayed it multiple times. They should have done like Metroid and just stealth dropped it online, and released in retail later… anything to just get it out there and be done with it.
I’m afraid if anything significant happens in the war between now and then, they’ll get scared of looking insensitive and delay it again.. or even worse, just outright cancel a completely finished game (It’s not impossible)
Sitting on this finished game for 2 more months (when they’re already hesitant given everything going on), instead of just releasing it and cutting their losses, is frankly just a unnecessary and bad move.
Was beyond ridiculous and silly to delay this to begin with.
