I can’t quite judge it from the compressed video, but it looks really beautiful. Like a picture book. I think it might look great pixelated, too. Like in “a short hike” where you can choose how pixelated you want it to look.

Kinda looked over this at first but I really hope it gets a western release! Otherwise maybe it’ll be a good way to practice some Japanese. I did the JET program in 2016 and lived in a small inaka town. Haven’t made it back since but my heart is still there. Would love to at least virtually visit through a game like this. ❤️
