People don't realize they actually release 1 or 2 more shadow pokemon they never mentionevery rotation.pidove wasn't announced this rotation it dropped as well I can't remember last rotations but they didn't announce 2 of them.
I fell they might just forget to turn on the shiny button for grunts, hopefully i will be incorrect.
