    I just don’t understand why people think this game was good. I wanted to like it because of all the hype but I just couldn’t enjoy it at all.

    This has to be a joke. In no world is this game better than Elden Ring

    Edit: I don’t see why I’m getting downvoted so much. I thought it was universally agreed on that Elden Ring is an RPG and was the best game of the year

    Is this game okay to play first if I’m new to the franchise? Been itching for a new JRPG but DQ11 is just too tropey for me. All I read is great things about XC3.

    How is the season pass so far? I haven’t started XC3 yet, but I might immediately get the pass when I do.

    When are we going to stop pretending XC3 was amazing? It had an awful, awful story and was such a disappointing end to the trilogy.

    Sorry but just not a fan of this game. The exploration was fun but the story was just so poorly executed.

    Funny, this was my least favorite Xenoblade game. That being said it’s still better than most other RPGS out there so I can definitely see it winning. Gratz to Monolithsoft and the entire Xenoblade crew. It’s been a helluva ride (and it’s not over yet)

    Well deserved. Xenoblade Chronicles is a fantastic series and XC 3 was a great ride. My favorite core cast of characters and a unique story to boot. Excited to see XC 3 get its due.

    Does Xenoblade 3 fix issues with the crazy bad side quests in the first one? I loved a lot about the first but got so burnt out on dull fetch quests that I couldn’t finish it.

    I liked it and definitely dint think it’s bad.

    But Famitsu rating a JRPG specifically a Nintendo exclusive RPG as “the best” in a category that also has Elden Ring in it? Famitsu reviews are honestly pointless and irrelevant.

    Do I need to play number 2 to appreciate this game?

    XC was a masterpiece but XC2’s lack of scoliosis really killed my immersion and I just couldn’t get I to it as a result. But seriously XC2’s badonkadonk physics and that freaky sex doll made me lose interest and I haven’t played it.

    It’s a good xenoblade game, the story and characters aren’t stupid like in 2 which is great already. But for some reason the side content really exhausted me in this one. They all have too much side content for their own good yes, but I felt like this one truly never ended what with every colony and going back to it so many times.

    I think the story never reached the same heights as that first climax which is like a couple of hours into the game also, you know the part I’m talking about 🙂

    Ultimately it’s my fault for making it longer than it should be, for doing almost everything in the game and playing 160h as a result, but I’m not just going to ignore side quests.

    It’s an interesting one, because the vast majority of reviewers agreed that Elden Ring was the better game, being a top 30 reviewed game of all time, and the number 2 rated RPG (#1 rated AAA RPG) of all time. But I feel like “Everyone else thought this game was better, so we’ve got to give the award to it” makes the award redundant.

    It’s nice to see awards go off piste a little bit.

    That is great, such a great game, tho I cant really say that since I haven’t played it, I have my copy but Im on my second run of xc2 and then there is torna and then…till then I will sink down this one

    Yea I loved this game minus some of the collectible and breeding side quests.

    You either like souls games or you don’t. I bought and played elden ring because of the hype surrounding the game and quickly gave it to my friend after discovering it was just another souls game in an open world. Xenoblade 3 I fell in love with, and haven’t played the previous two games in the series.

    Sorry, but I’ve put over 50 hours into X3 and I’ve played up to Chapter 5 where you get the boat…and I’m not seeing it. I’ve played every Xeno game since Xenogears at release and this one just doesn’t feel good. The story doesn’t feel good.

    Before playing I thought it looked like a fun game. After playing I can tell you it is art.

    i really didn’t get the love for 3. bounced after 5hrs or so. Thought 2 was much better?
