The DS is way more portable and pocketable than the switch and they 100% could put switch internals in a DS-like shell, even if they had to make it a bit bigger

eh imo the switch is portable enough as is

Dual screen technology would make it more expensive without making an impactful difference. Also, the current screen size is better than having a smaller screen. Nintendo should concentrate on better battery life and stronger gpu.

Switch lite?

The Switch is designed to be one single hybrid form factor so that games are the exact same in TV or handheld mode. Going back to two screens would just make things more complicated for developers having to make games support both one- and two-screen modes. Realistically, they simply wouldn’t bother and would leave the second screen unused, making it a complete waste to have.

a Switch handheld in style of 3DS that would dock flat onto a device that would then play on the TV and also a Switch 3DS pro controller would be a dream come true
