Honestly this is the most exciting reveal in the Direct for me. I haven’t even played the first game (or the Zelda one), but this trailer makes this game looks absolutely incredible.

It would be interesting if Nintendo gives Brace Yourself the opportunity to make a Rhythm Heaven for them similar to Cadence of Hyrule.

Okay, so this looks really good but the more important part? I was bopping my head through the entire trailer. That’s the sign of a good rhythm game.

Wasn’t expecting this! Crypt was awesome and I still come back to it even now. Definitely a must-buy for me.

They were showing it off at Pax East, and I only played 3 of the modes (the yoga mini-game, the highway of monsters, and the boss fight), but it was an absolutely great hands-on experience. Someone at their booth compared the boss fight to Punch-Out, and how speedruns of that game turned it into a rhythm game.
If you didn’t like the roguelike elements of Crypt, but do like rhythm games, this definitely seems like a good spin-off to give a shot
