They banned two of my accounts for sharing. And there is an account in my town spoofing, knocking everyone out of gyms minutes after taking them, and I've turned it in to niantic several times and it is still not banned

Niantic is banning the real players but the cheaters that I see most of the times on GO Battle League and others who spoofed all the time still continue to play.
Pokemon Go became just like the other sh1t mobile games: either pay-to-win or cheat-to-win.
I still think its the best mobile game ever but its 100% due to the GPS and AR capabilities rather than the rest.

❤💯 for a lot of us PoGo is more than just a game it's a small piece of our lifestyle. We literally have to schedule it in to fit, with all the events we do, money we spend, etc.
It's incredible to me that Niantic expects us (their player base) to trust them with their new game? Like, why invest in another of their games when we know that they have no problems with ripping us off repeatedly? It's as if they don't know about those games where your player makes a decision and the person will remember what said and then later on in the game they get payback or whatever haha
Come on Niantic, if y'all wanna stay afloat, don't treat your player base like trash 🤘🏻

People are getting temp bans from wayfarer too. If you consistently violate safety or location rules when submitting you can get banned.
I lived in an area with about 15 gyms that was dominated by a guy spoofing and we reported him so many times and Niantic did nothing. After years of this and many players quitting I haven't seen his accounts for a while, but it is possible he started new accounts.
Is it just spoofing or multiple accounts? There are players using numerous accounts just to fill gyms.
There are so many spoofers in our discord and they are not banned.
the most ive ever spent on the game was $50 when i started after that, well just do the yearly event, kanto or johto etc
This happened to me. A week "Shadow Banned" and had to miss Togetic community day with NO spawns except from incense

well, yet again you think and act like a child. instead try to make your argument to stand in court of law, and what do I mean by that: all the information you just gave is based on speculation, assumptions being a good friend, can you prove beyond a reasonable doubt that those people are not lying? that they never ever spoofed? well, can you? you just based on a hear say with no proof what so ever, so it's just one of your hate video…I repeat, no one forced you to play or pay anything! so you can quit the game and spend your money on a game that you think is more customer friendly, why do you still play? just to spread hate? if all the game cause you is to hate, then just quit it, you will be a much happier person.

I think niantic are banning people slowing as they want the people that played Pokémon will play this new monster hunter game,i spent £16,000 on raid passes over the 7 years of playing Pokémon go and I was level 50 and I’ve never spoofed (I wouldn’t even know how to spoof) and I woke up and found my account banned,Pokémon go will die at the end of the year if niantic doesn’t pull there fingers out of each other arses,
I love the fact Niantic pioneered the genre of irl ar games and are killing it off at the same time
"If you spoof, stay away from attacking gyms" Hell yeah- don't destroy fun for others. Unless explicitly asked by someone to kick his pokemon out so they can get pokecoins. In this case I would feed all other pokemons except mine and let them kick it out.
Hey there pokeak chances are you won't see this but I'm a spoofer it's how I play. I play on a rooted phone now if you don't know what that is it's basically phone with super user access enabled. There's a bit of a process to root basically. But anyways I like your content. I'm not a guy who dictates how anyone should play by any means. I think if you wanna play legit all the power to that person. And if a person wants to spoof okay. Theres issues that arise if you interfere with someone's gameplay and I've never been the type of guy to knock out gyms like you pointed out. I love the game. I like talking to my pogo discord friends from around the world. Honestly I think Niantic needs to do things better tbh
Why the hell do they even care if people spoof? It's not doing anything wrong. You can't get infinity items out of the shop like with cheat codes in the real games. The only time you can really do anything questionable is if you spoof over to North Korea or some stupid stuff like that. They are not losing any massive amount of money by people spoofing. And people with disabilities such as myself use it to actually get around and interact with people and get shit done using the joystick makes it easier to get places where events are taking place or just more high traffic areas. Niantic is run by morons.

Niantic has been banning legit players for years
I got banned for 1 week, i spoofed only once like 1 year ago, just to get every furfrou form, and I had 3 hours between each, although I know 2 hours is enough and that evolving/changing forms doesn't trigger the cooldown.
I got a 7 day ban. Missed out on sustainability week. I know it wasn’t big but missed out on larvitar candy
I uninstalled the game already, do the same and look for other potential and time worthy games.
Niantic is really cutting of their own nose to spite their face when it comes to Pokémon Go. If this game is about to be shut down for good, I’ll be transferring my legendary, mythical, and shiny Pokémon first.
This honestly seems like Niantic is trying to kill the game. But also, this is why I don't like to spend too much money on games, they could just be stealing your money, not saying you can’t, but I don't exactly recommend it. This is honestly just as stupid as f*ck (for the legit players).
Edit: Also, if there are some stupid stuff in the game, you might as well quit, don't want to spend too much time on it.
