I suspected this may be the case when nothing was posted by 9am EDT this morning, and this site (as well as others) confirm it will be tomorrow. Was hoping to read about it today, but alas!

That seemed a little late to me so I just checked and BOTW embargo lifted the day before release so this is normal.

Personally have no interest in reading reviews for this before I play it. I’d rather go in blind, and if it sucks it sucks. With this franchise, it’s a risk I have no issues taking whatsoever.

do these type of games really need reviews……fanboys will gobble up the game anyway, casual nintendo gamers will also get the game…and why so late though? If it’s a bad review (doubt) will you cancel your preorder??? Besides these reviewers are the ones that tell you ” everything you need to know about this game” 5 min after it releases and they do it on a 10 hour game play….

I’m getting burnt out of the game already, maybe it’s cuz I’ve played so much but Jesus Christ, I’ve done so much and I felt like I’ve barely scratched the surface. That’s not bad but it’s kinda like Ragnarok, good game but it’s sooooooooo long.

i want to remind everyone that reviews are just opinions and everyone experiences games differently so if it doesn’t get a perfect 10/10 please don’t turn into a Karen and blast the reviewer.

Gonna say a 95. It’ll be objectively better in BotW but not as groundbreaking. It’s a good score but it’s interesting to note that’d make it the second lowest 3d Zelda game on metacritic.
I’d love to be wrong and this game to score like a 98 though.

Was able to avoid all trailers so far so I’m going to avoid the reviews as well. Man, going into this game blind as possible. It’s going to be magical.

9s and 10s from the majority of places, a few 8s from sites with hardly any traffic and 7s or below from sites literally nobody has ever heard of.

If Jedi Survivor is anything to go by (and i’m saying this while loving the game), we all know this game will be 9-10/10’s across the board and the majority of reviews will either completely ignore the performance problems or briefly mention it, no matter how bad it is.
Then if any reviewer does say bad things and gives an average score then the crazy side of the nintendo fanbase will harass them.
