Good, this game is one of the best rogue-likes
I constantly play this game when I only got 15 minutes to play games as my quick pick up game, and even supported the board game kickstarter
Huge props to Dead Cells

See what happens when you make a good game. SEE WHAT HAPPENS
It’s silly, just please make good games. The indie crowd has just ran steam rollers over most first party devs. Good god

Dead Cells is such a conundrum to me.
I’m generally ***done*** with Side-Scrollers and yet Dead Cells is great. I love it. Tried it on Game Pass and then grabbed the RTC too.
I don’t understand ***why*** I enjoy it as much as I do, because again as I said – I’m generally ***done*** with Side-Scrollers but Dead Cells is definitely doing something incredibly right.

How difficult is this game? I always hear people raving about it, but I tend to avoid roguelikes because of the high difficulty most of them have.
I like Hades & Slay the Spire, but found Enter the Gungeon and Gonner to be impossible.

I didn’t expect them to have updates planned for long. I still need to buy the DLCs that I’m missing

A thing about this game that no one talks about is that the studio is an anarchist collective where everyone gets paid the same and no one does crunch. This is what you can accomplish outside of capitalism.
