Tried a bit of Hammerwatch 1 and was on the fence cuz I was solo (don’t have friends who play), but will likely try HW2 out!
How was the solo experince for anyone that played HW1 or heroes?

I LOVED Heroes of Hammerwatch. My favorite roguelite on Switch, by quite a way. Fantastic game.
All they need to do is basically keep that formula, make a better endgame and add local co-op and balance it around that (including endgame) and i’d be super happy.
It was frustrating that Hammerwatch was pretty lacklustre co-op and then Heroes didn’t have local co-op at all.
This worries me a little with going with more of a mainstream formula, but we’ll see.
