I get the feeling from this response by them, that they are getting more and more pressure from possible class action lawsuits in regards to the game having "lootboxes" like the egg incubation/hatching aka if it's considered gambling like other games the rates of shinys and other benefits legally need to be made public prior to people purchasing in game items.

the lowered shiny rates didn't affect me much
as I've been f2p and I'm like the unluckiest person I know, it was never high enough for me to do so many raids in the first place
I one shiny raid I got was a Lugia, and while glad I got it, I would have preferred something with a better shiny

How do they know who did raids? I, for example, do not share my raid data (under settings), and I haven't seen any passes credited to my account.
Are the lucky trade rate lowered too???? 260 trades here, one lucky….. Anyone else having the issue?
i tested out if alogarithm is a thing. i encountered lots of lanturns almost 1 in every 2 match. then i decided to play grass whole team. guess what. 2 sets and not a single lanturn. what a miracle😂😂😂
It's sad how many people are quick to forgive Niantic by everything they've been doing with a gesture that's very clearly done to save face after countless community outrage. this is backpedaling. That's it.
What about the pro that didn’t care bout the passes and really wanted the shinys that they could never get. Remote raiding with people overseas is not the easiest thing to do
They have to do this or nobody will buy another nerf pass. They are only doing this for remote raiders? Shit on the rest of us.
I hate the fact 😒 that pvp is 50% I will go on a tear 4-5 wins then they nerf me no matter my squad 😢 lol sorry for opening old wounds

why is everyone getting excited about it. it hasn't happen yet. i have had issues before about getting a remote back and they never give it back to me and kept telling me they did and i did take a screen shot. since there is no way they show you got it unless you screen shot or remember how many you had in your bag. plus who gets them. i don't think it a mistake, they are doing everything they can do to rip off people. they knew it and they got caught, since you can't do more then five it real easy to just think your not lucky when you had no chance at all. 50 would be max if they did it from the start to end. shiny rates should be higher when you limited so much, they should rotate them around the world for a week and shiny rates should be way up.
Now the real question is when will we see out remote passes back.
Do we know when they plan to give them back?

Niantic is stacking the remote and local passes even if you don’t have bags space!!! I got 17 remote passes back!!!
They gave me 7 remote raid passes back
i got 20 passes back
