I loved this game on DS. I wish the game was at least widescreen, but I’m glad more people get a chance to play it!

If you have played it in DS, is there something new?

Does this mean the DS game will become cheaper or more expensive? I really want a copy even if we are getting a remaster, but it’s just too expensive

Finished the demo and I really like it, as expected because the game is from the creator of ace attorney that I really like too. I think I’ll wait for a sale and get it eventually.

I only knew of this game because of a channel called Save Data, and thinking it would just be an old game forever stuck on the DS. Then BAM suddenly its coming the Switch

I did finished the demo, then replayed the same first two chapters on the DS ver just to compare. Still torn if I want to complete this game on the Switch or DS. I really like the crisp remastered graphics on the Switch but the puzzle controls just felt a little better with the DS’ stylus? (Nice that the Switch ver has touchscreen support tho)

Can anyone let me know if there’s anything in the rest of the original game that took significant advantage of the dual screen or something? The dual screen wasn’t utilised much from what I played but I do wonder if the Switch port might make me miss out on certain things like how they did with TWEWY Final Remix or the Zero Escape PC ports.

I love this game. I do prefer the beautiful DS pixel art tho :3

I feel that $30 is a bit excessive for this. I’d say this is comparable to the Ace Attorney rereleases, and they charged $10 for each of the original AA games ($30 for a trilogy) which were GBA games and not DS but still, they were even similiarly upscaled, meanwhile the Great AA games which were newer 3DS games that even needed to be localized from scratch and had more new features than this does cost $20 each ($40 for the 2), which were both very fair prices. Now a nearly unaltered DS game for $30? Idk that feels a bit excessive, I’d say this should be $20 at most

That’s so weird I was thinking about this game the other day and how I’d love to replay it in HD. Got a flight coming up so will definitely be buying!

    Loved on DS.
And now THE question: Switch or Steam deck version?
