Honestly they have jacked up the Pokémon go community so pvp is gonna be the last thing on peoples radar right now. Maybe focus on other aspects of the game. Hope all improves my dude

I’m an HVAC technician. The job is ok but one of my favorite parts of the day is searching your videos on YouTube when I’m on break or working on a project. I’ve watched every upload for over a year and I appreciate you being a fun escape to my daily grind ❤

In my opinion PokeAk. Your suffering from this day and age of PokemonGO. Meaning how the gaming app of PokemonGO and overall how it’s going via YouTube. It’s 2023 and just like how the community of PokemonGO has recently taken a hit from the big changes Niantic has made. It would also affect content creators.

Bro, love your content. Don't watch youtube all that much, but I try to catch your vids as often as I can. Please take time for yourself and for your life, though. Your channel will likely always be here, but spending time with loved ones is precious. One thing I'm learning recently is just to be present and build those memories now, because at the end of the day, that's what matters in life. Wishing you and yours the best.

I feel you. It is probably because you see all these fakes and lazy people on YouTube that don’t deserve any views get 1 million views. Same thing is happening on twitch. When you can tell they spent 30 min recording for an event just to look like they grind.

1.) Family first!
2.) Creating content is a business. Your job is to make great content that you enjoy making and you think viewers might like. You are not imposing on us to ask for a like or subscribe, that’s literally your job and if we enjoyed the content we will. We also need reminders. Half the time I’m watching these while reading on my iPad and texting or doing email.
3.) Keep your content positive. Real life has its up and down but are powerless over YouTubes algorithm or just about anything else in this universe besides your own thoughts and actions. I personally think it’s fairly effective at keeping me engaged watching videos. Mostly to channels I sub to. Your job is to engage your subs so they keep watching. Be that through building a relationship where they get to know you, and/or your content.
4.) Your audience has their own problems believe me. And if your heard some of them you’d be grateful for the ones you’ve got lol. Pokémon is fun, light hearted and an escape for us too. I saw a guy who has a year to live without a bone marrow transplant in these comments after I wrote this! And he’s spending some of that watching your content, that’s amazing!
5.) You have the skills to be successful and have proven that. That isn’t the issue. The algo isn’t the issue. Maybe try a short 5 minute guided meditation or something to get you in the right space mentally and spiritually before you record.
6.) Engage your viewers. A couple replies and hearts on their comments to know you’re reading them will go a long ways. You worked hard to earn their support and want to keep them. I’m not saying every one as that would take too much time, but a couple per video maybe.
7.) don’t sweat the small stuff. Thumbnails will be ripped off. Do not waste your mental energy worrying over that. It’s a distraction to your higher goal of engaging with your audience.
Just some random thoughts take what you want and ignore the rest.
I appreciate how honest you are with us about a very tough situation. I don’t know if there’s a solution here, but I do know is that I love the content you put out ❤

My wife is also uploading her vids to her channel and complainig about her vids not being pushed to her subscribers and getting much fewer likes when much worse content from other youtubers thrive… They control is too much and it's all intransparent… Hope one day we'll get a decentralised version only controlled by ppl creators..

Agreeing with other commentators that the decreasing viewership could be due to attrition within the PoGo game itself. Youtube finally suggested you in my top recommendations. I made sure to subscribe and check in regularly. Some doses of happy are ok, but Stepford-ville grates on my realist nerves after awhile.
