    I literally didn’t care what else was on the direct. This right here makes it amazing. I can’t wait until new people play this. Y’all really don’t understand how good this game is.

    I hope all the secrets from the original stay intact in this. I want the invisible flags still and secret off-screen chests to remain hard to find. honestly hope it’s a 1 to 1 remake.

    I’ve been playing Bowser’s Inside Story on 3DS and thought man I really wish something like this was on the Switch. Bam!

    I just realized the special attacks that are unblockable now say so in the top right. I suspect I will still try.

    it was great on super nintendo to attract people new to the rpg genre back in the days.

    I have no doubt that this is a big deal. Nintendo has been rebuilding its relationship with Squenix for two decades. I have two things to say.

    1. Super Mario RPG 2 on the Switch 2 in 2026.

    2. The game is also available on the SNES Classic, if you’re just dying to play it.

    This is huge. A modern remake of a classic SNES game and a return to form for the Mario RPG line of games. Hoping it paves the way for other remakes…. Paper Mario, Earthbound, etc.
