    Damn you need outrage for damage, but breaking swipe is actually good for pvp… Going to have to do like mewtwo and have 1 double legacy and one with outrage/dragon ascend 🥲🥲

    6:15 actually mega ray will boost all other trainer's attack even if the attack move is not dragon, flying and psychic type attack

    For those wondering, this is exactly how rayquaza mega evolves in ORAS. Even in the delta episode Zinnia was feeding Rayquaza meteoritees hoping Rayquaza will mega evolve and destroy the meteor

    The meteorite is similar like elite Tm to make ray get the move and can be mega evolve, if u free to play, u have decide u gonna tm your hundo ray to mega it or your lucky 90+ shiny ray.
