Nintendolife’s preview mentions that time moves in caves, just slower. That’s great to hear, although it’s a bit disappointing that there’s no overall day limit. Makes the day system feel almost extraneous. Yeah, you CAN lose Pikmin if they aren’t in your control by nightfall, but without an overarching time limit, why not just end every day at noon, just to be safe?

I’ve never played a Pikmin game. Should I start with the 1/2 bundle or just go right to 4? I know the stories probably don’t connect, but I am just curious if starting with 1/2 would be worthwhile.
