I would have to agree that this sort of thing is very circumstantial. There are a lot of things that play a large part in this debate. I personally would be upset if I was being underpaid for my set of skills as compared to another coworker, regardless of gender. I also find it a bit shady of the employer to punish Jane doe for voicing the situation. I suppose only time will tell how this plays out

Tbh, after a few years in the professional industry, it’s generally easier to work with men (more desirable) , men dont have that once a month problem, men can handle more stress in general. These are just my observations working for large corporations.
Ex. No one likes working with the two females we have at work, not even eachother. It’s been like this for every company ive been with besides like college or high school dead end gigs/jobs
So why at niantic dont hire only women if they can be paied less for the same job? I would be an increase of profit for the company. Obviously this allegation is a bullshit , probably this woman wasnt as good at her job as she thinks.
