Sept 21st of last year we had an event with 5 select pokemon (inc. Riolu and Galarian Meowth) in 7km eggs for a couple hours. I got back to back Shiny Meowths (1/64 odds per shiny IIRC) and no Shiny Riolu so I know that feeling 🙁
