Do not get hit. This run is pretty brutal, a lot of sure crit moves, big BP moves and other bad interactions to dodge. The first Bar is pretty easy to follow, 1 TM MPR and hopefully you don’t get too many paralysis procs as this can lead to Latias getting a hit in (it missed in this run thankfully). Bar 2 and 3 are where the battle actually starts. Thanks to the enemy team’s +2 accuracy you have a worse chance at dodging compared to some other stages, which makes the latter two bars more reliant on getting lucky or timing Bounces.
I want to make it clear there is merit to missing Bounces so you can deal Sync Damage quickly thanks to Piercing Blows. It’s actually what lead to this run winning, although that Stored Power could’ve also missed and I’d win. However it is still better to connect your bounces since you’re making sure you have a slightly higher chance to connect the next one. You perferably want to enter Bar 3 in top shape with Bar 2 ending in a Sync. You have the option to kill Flygon outright for the turn you use to dodge Earthquake but this isn’t likely to lead to victory, I tried it for a while. Rock Slide has bad accuracy so we must use it to our advantage for as long as we can. Hopefully your bounces and Sync beat Latias before it can land a big BP move. Depending on what bar 2 moves hit you Latias’ Sync might kill you, I got unlucky during this run and hit a big damage roll on the Rock Slide and got hit with a dump Dragon Claw.
A quick run but reset heavy, can take a while depending on your luck and timing. 4/5 gets Soften Up which makes the run easier by virtue of not worrying about non-crit Syncs.
