I’ve been waiting years for this!!! Cant wait to dive in

  2. LightningFlare

If anyone finds any reviews of the Switch version’s performance, pls share; I’m tossing up between picking it up on either Switch or PC

40 is a heavy hit on an indie game but gawd dang that game looks sweet.

edit: some of y’all be talking about me over this comment as if I’m the biggest villain in your anime arc, bruh. 40 dollars is just a lot for an indie game. this is coming from a guy who has a 500GB sd card FILLED with indie games and have so far only seen it go as up as 30 to 35 dollars.

been wanting some jet set radio for decades of course imma buy it now

I waited so many years for a new JSR. But I’m gonna wait a little bit before picking this up. I want to read some reviews first.

  6. LegendaryPrinny

waiting to see how performances are, from the few videos i have seen it seems like a solid 60fps ?

Does anyone know if this’ll get a physical release?

  8. Still gotta finish Sonic Mania and ToTK so it’ll be a while before I play this but I can’t wait

To any Jet Set Radio fans out there, what is the gameplay of JSR usually like compared to, say, Tony Hawk Pro Skater? How does Bomb Rush Cyberfunk improve / change the formula based on what we know?

I bought the game from Nintendo’s website while I’m at work to have it start downloading now and be ready to play later today. Super excited for this. Having something that’s a spiritual successor to Jet Set Radio is rad, and I’m hoping this leads to more sequels for BRC and hopefully another JSR from SEGA.

Waited a long time but after seeing the price i’ll wait a little longer for the Switch version reviews.

This game is awesome and worth the price so far. It is a nice middleground between JSR/JSRF with it’s own flavor.

People complaining about $40, but spent $60+ for jet grind radio and jet set radio future.

I’ve just downloaded and started playing. Overall = game has hit the spot. Switch performance and visuals are solid but…..

    UPDATED ISSUE WITH FIX

Handheld on an OLED and a V1 switch there are bugs during an early cutscene sequence (while in the hideout for the first time). The screen goes blank but you can hear the game still running. For anybody who experiences this:

Close the game, reload and before starting turn on ‘unleash the beast’ in options. This unlocks the frame rate from 30fps. Later in the game there are dips with this option but I just turned it back to OFF (so locked 30 again) and never had another issue.

Will update if anything else happens.

Man this looks great. Getting this, and just bought Red Dead and that marble game.

I love it already, even if it’s not fully what i expected. Just adore the throwbacks to Jetset Radio style and aesthetics. It’s a lot of fun once you unlock free roam. has a bit of everything, including Tony Hawk American Sk8land. Is it expensive?? Sort of, yes, but there is no other way to play a Jet Set Radio style game on the switch, except if you have Hover from a few years ago.

What this game lacks compared to JSR is an expansive city setting to run around in, but it sort of has that on a smaller scale.

I think eventually, a game like this in a GTA5 map cityscape would be beyond great.

Oh yeah, the music is neat! Right on 🙂

Put your tv setting to vibrant and it looks so good like original Jet Grind. awesome game so far, really captured the fun of the original 🔥
