If you been using the XL candy route glitch you probably should stop as soon as possible. People are getting bands ranging from one month to a year and in some cases permanent bans.

Thanks for bringing it to Niantics attention AK. I don't think they're smart enough to browse reddit chats but they do watch your videos. They patched it up right after it came out and I'm here for it! Maxing out a legendary/mythical a day is ridiculous, it takes months to do one.
Since day 1 of PoGo release I’ve never hated and or disliked spoofers. Yeah it’s frustrating for me who’s playing the game morally, honestly, respectfully right without cheating even though I have limitations from being a 3 time cancer survivor but hey play the game the way you want to I don’t care…..just don’t drag me into your grave that you dug from lying, cheating ect.

I got a warning. I was in person at a park in Albany, NY during Go Fest and I did the route end-to-end with a gyarados for tasks that said to earn a candy with a buddy… I did the same route maybe 6 times, which was from one end of the park to the other.. I spent much of my go fest handing out pokemon pins to people.
That's 3 years
The guy with the 1000+ day ban is my husband, he's a legit player that got caught in this blanket ban by Niantic.

I am fine with that. They have made it hard for us to upgrade our Pokémon. I am not able to get the program to do it also. But did not care, and hope they will help us. Could not get any shadows. A friend had their game taken and had not been playing as much as they had. Working a lot and the act like Apple and say it’s not them check with someone else. The had no desire to help them with helping them. Now they have to start over and you know more. So I am ok with what they are doing. It may help me. Anyway good luck to them.

If you cheat dont cry and feel entitled when you get caught. I do not care if people cheat, its on them and its their account thats at risk. The same goes with spoofing.
Nah, spoofers do go battle league, i have seen them some apps even show the best PvP IVs , and there are people that push your account to legend, a very weird market in Pokemon go

How the heck did these types of Routes get approved in the first place?
It's extremely obvious that no one walking around outside (or even in a car, on a bike/scooter etc) has created them, they're perfectly straight lines that pass across roads/highways/properties in a way no one can legitimately follow when their outside playing the game.
Our local community submitted so many potential Routes when we finally got access to the system, and outside of a handful in the CBD & some at the Botanical Gardens, everything else has been stuck at "Under Review" status for literally weeks.

I'm 50/50 on this only because I know some players are living in areas where there no stops or gyms and they might have to go out the was just to do some of the things so I get why they do it look at some of the things that where helping those players and Niantic stop doing Legendary's in the breakthrough box that help a lot they stop doing that went up on prices for the remote raid pass so players don't be buying to much look how hard the routs been for some players. Just for Zygarde cells anyone who play Pokemon Moon and Sun the cells where everywhere not just in a certain location players did not start spoofing out of the blue they did it because for some players some things where hard for them to do.

Im a spoofer and got banned and i was only doing 3 or 4 routes a day while i was getting hearts for my buddy had no idea about xl candy exploit
People getting banned for essentially playing the game. If niantic didnt want this "feature" to be abused, they should do better play testing. End of story.
Every ban wave has people claiming their innocent.
If they are, niantics wild choice to ban people has just as buggy a system as the game did to have this glitch in the first place.
Imagine making the game so bad people find the exploit, then you think its a good idea to code a system that finds people doing something you didnt know existed.

Can someone explain what exactly these people are doing. Ive never seen candy or XL candy earned on a route. Im now at routes and are tryinh to figure them out but I only get berries and potions after completing a route
