What's the use of Drill Run on Dewgong when you faced multiple poison pokemon in the beginning but nevertheless kept using Icy Wind. Is it purely the attack debuff? Because it isn't catching shields at the same energy price.

Yep, there is an algorithm that wants you to lose. I think online games have it to keep people coming back trying to overcome the challenege

At 2:20: Golbat in the front against Superior while you have a Dewgong in the back… Sounds like it fits your model where the lead Pokemon lines up with the back Pokemon, no? Sometimes the Algorithm works in your favor and sometimes it doesn't. That's what you have said, correct?

I came here just to rant because I want to tell people who actually play instead of my girlfriend. I’m so fucking pissed I should’ve won this one game. So I lead with shadow Alolan sandslash they had registeel. I used both shields but nearly 100 energy after the matchup. they bring medicham and I instantly swap to pelipper. They switch right into carbink and they use their last shield the second weather ball. They’re about half health. I bring back out my A-slash and drill run. They in farm down range and rock slide doing nothing. I FREEZE. With tons of loaded energy on my slash. They take out my Slash which had around 1/5 hp left. My medicham is brought out then they change to theirs and win. WTF I’m so pissed. Right when I had the win then I lag. That’s what I’m pissed about. If I had been lagging the entire game then ok, but NO. When I am guaranteed a win then I lag enough to lose. The entire game was smooth until one moment. god fucking damnit. Ok now I’ll stay to watch.
Edit: I only lagged for when they could kill my A-Slash. I didn’t lag the rest of the game but I lost the mirror

You don't pick good teams anymore the coverage you been picking has been off for awhile now.. why have ice or grass with a fire/ghost ..?

Seeing this new fire starter made me think about one of my favourites which currently isn't very good – Typhlosion – and how we can make it usable.
What i found is: if you give Typhlosion Brick Break – which it can learn main series via TM – then the Shadow variant actually hits a 530 rating in UL with Shadow Claw and Blast Burn as its other moves. Crazy. Will never happen but one can dream.
You should build a team around shadow sudowoodo. Counter, trailblaze an meteor beam
