ALMOST. They almost got it right! Why the fuck would they add Peachette? It had to be either Nabbit or King Bob-omb.
Although… I just saw someone say that the character selection screen is going to look weird now, and that they might announce two more characters when they reveal the remainder of the wave along with the release date. Copium? Maybe. Who knows.
Also that thumbnail is beautiful.

peachette feels like a Pink Gold Peach or Cat Mario type racer that was probably way easier to develop than making a model from scratch. basically, i don’t think she got in over r.o.b. or poochy or whoever, she was a clone character and if she wasnt included no one else would be. it’s a little bonus because the devs had time.
still, funky, diddy, and pauline are bangin choices. mario kart 8 is incredibly difficult to top at this point.

Everyone’s mentioning the characters but also Daisy Circuit from Wii is great to see back; one of the best looking courses from MKWii for sure.
Though if the datamined info is correct, this is the last MKWii track added in the booster course pass, so unless they changed it, there might be no Wii Rainbow Road.

Why does the narrator in the American direct always say “the *game title* game” instead of just the game’s title? It’s not like that in the UK direct and it’s so obnoxious.
