Got the shiny slowpoke today. Caught maybe 30. Just got the shiny pikachu. Both on the first day of the event. I’d say if you’re focusing on these two while catching your odds are pretty good at getting them. Didn’t use my auto catcher because I didn’t want any to flee. Just my method.
I havent purchased anything in so long dont care for raids anymore dont care for these boring ass lame 4 day events with the same shit spawn that have been constantly around over and over again. Like we just had a event with growlithe now its apart of this along with slowpoke like how much are you going to shove the same pokemon over and over again come on niantic this halloween event seems like its starting to get dull real fast.
Fun fact about this time around, Detective Pikachu can also be a female! (original 2019 event was only males) Also, the old versions do not have the new magnifying glass emote. Happy shiny hunting! ✨

Slow bro is much more common where I am than pikachu. Caught 3 shinies in an hour on ~150 checks.
