Very strange topic, but as someone who loves lost media I’m pretty interested in it.
Nintendo made a flash game in 2000 to promote Mario Tennis, called Waluigi’s Toenail Clipping Party. The game was mentioned in a Nintendo Power article about Waluigi, leading up to the release of Mario Tennis.

People thought the game was just a joke, but people have managed to find three sound effects from the game, implying it did actually exist. This was also during Nintendo’s more experimental and “out there” era, and right after the crazy marketing campaigns a lot of brands did in the 90’s, so this seems somewhat believable to me.
So since the game is (most likely) lost forever, I was wondering if anyone actually played it back when it was still up? I’m curious what it was like, even though it was probably just a short gag game.
Thanks.

Your link doesn’t work, but here’s hoping for the best in your search
Everyday I think the strangest lost media has already been rediscovered/made known, and every day I am proven wrong. Seriously how the fuck is this real?
I wish

Holy shit I remember this. We had the family computer downstairs, and I played this. I was used to seeing random games online for Nintendo. but this one was WEIRD.
You would clip his toe nails and it would go into a jar or something right?
Edit: I’ve also never seen people talk about this after but I know for SURE I did. I’m so glad you brought this up.
