I got it from a mission when I came back to the game after like 2 years of not playing and never thought too much about it until my friend saw it. Is it good?

A raid legendary is extremely common, very bad deal for you. An equivalent trade would be a raid legendary shiny that is hard to get, hasn’t been in raids for a long time or something like an armored mewtwo
