Nintendo Store Tokyo Secret Gachapon Item

Just got back from a 2.5 week dream vacation in Japan and spent a silly amount of time in the Tokyo and Osaka Nintendo stores, to which I used the Gachapon machine to pull the keyring pictured in this pic:

Now on opening the capsule there is also a leaflet that displays the possible outcomes of the machine, and it says there is a secret one too. I looked online and haven’t been able to find what the secret one is, and wanted to ask you lovely people if you had any ideas?

I will be going back again next year in the colder months (because it was insanely hot and humid in mid-September) and plan to blow a whole wad of ¥ trying to pull them all (and at ¥600/£3/$4 a pop, they ain’t cheap as the average Gachapon toy is ¥300-¥400).

Any thoughts on what the secret one might be?

As far as I can tell, the secret is the Famicom D pad, but in translucent red plastic instead of solid.

Random but do you by chance watch the Nintendo fan YouTube BeatemUps? He has a podcast called Nontendo and just got back from Japan with them and specifically talked about this Nintendo store machine and even kept trying until he got the specific button ones in the photo you posted! Lol

I believe it is the second Famicom controller’s middle third (the mic)

I only tried once and got the NES one. It’s nice!
