    Reason is Grevard pokestop showcase, Niantic done a very SMART way for to less encounter Grevard in the wild hence much lesser chance to encounter XXL & XXS Grevard this will bring less chance for players to win first place pokestop showcase, finally players has much lesser chance to awarded pokecoin charged in game items like lure modules, incense, incubators, lucky egg and etc.

    They have slowly been releasing the 60 second timer for the 1* raids, here in Montana we got it about 3 weeks ago and I'm guessing they just fully released for this event!

    I got a shiny pumpkaboo with the costume. And my buddy is a greavard so seeing him in the wild is funny. Im crossing my fingers for that shiny zorua though. Also I got 3 shiny phantumps during the spotlight hour and I didnt have any prior😂😂
