Niantic released Pokémon GO Update v0.71.0 for some minor bug fixes, but they left a BIG hint in the game data for us. Generation 3 Pokémon are appearing in the game code for the first time in Pokémon GO. 135 new Pokémon are referenced in the APK, along with some exclusive raid updates and a super incubator. Let’s talk about what this means for Gen 3 in Pokémon GO and when we can expect an actual release date for 3rd Generation Pokémon.
