Legends arceus was so close to getting it right it just fell a little bit short with its graphical issues, small areas, and segmented world.
This game is more Ark than Pokemon it's just Ark with Pokemon instead of dinos and i'm here for it.
This is The Pokemon Company we are talking about. The same company that decided that for every GOOD idea/ mechanic that the fans loved and enjoyed they will take out and sell it back to you like new again. The same company that SHOULD have evolved, but chose to stick to the version exclusives than make a full game and give you all mons for the game than exclusives. The same damn company the lied to your face as to explaining why they didn't add all the pokemon for "HIGH QUALITY ANIMATIONS" that were pretty much the same ones from older games. I wished the same for that company but at this point I gave up hoping and just want Palworld to be the game Pokemon couldn't be.
It's on pc that why it's good.
Something people should realise is we aren’t gonna have another brick bronze wipe, why? Becaus tithe only similar thing this game has to Pokémon you can catch and battle with your pals, they aren’t literal Pokémon, you can use them to do automation, there is building and survival, if anything this game is more closely related to ARK than Pokémon, they won’t do shit

I hate that character body
This game isn’t really trying to be pokemon though. It’s a survival, craft, and exploration. Has the best crafting and building mechanics since you don’t have to do everything on your own and the Pals actually make things so much easier. Unlike pokemon catching stuff sometimes doesn’t matter, here it does. You can interact with your pals and all. In oooemon it’s basically just Competative or game and that’s all and it’s made for competitive now. Legends arceus was the first time it felt like you could do stuff with your pokemon and it felt good.
Palworld is nothing to compare because it has the same premise but different gameplay also pokemon is iconic also yes palword adds more freedom but i think the recent pokemon has been more open but still they are completly different in play style let them be

honestly i dont want a pokemon game to be like palworld. I like my pokemon yellow, soul silver, kristal, smaragd, platin…Its more ark than pokemon i would say.

I hate how people think Palworld is similar to Pokémon, the games are two completely different genres and vibes. GF should not take any notes from palworld it’s a gimmick game at best

Regarding the actual topic of the video though, I doubt gamefreak would make something like this. Scarlet and violet were too much for them, they couldn't even optimize it. Not to mention implementing the crafting system with all the equipment.
If they were to try they would fail. Their design team is somewhat ambitious, so they would design the most intricate buildings and cities, then design shit looking mons right after. They don't give two shits about their game engineers and would give them at most one week to code the game (this is an exaggeration). Then they would wrap the game up with epic looking names without fine-tuning, play testing, and debugging the game, sell it for 120$. Then the braindead pokefans would buy the game en-masse giving them money for selling absolute garbage.
Find it funny everyone cares about someone "stealing from Pokemon" but no one has ever said anything about how a huge chunk of Pokemons designs have been stolen from other franchises and even independent artists.
The funniest part about this is if they dont win, Palworld will have WAY more avantage on them if they try to do a good game, because it will look so much has Palworld…
A good Karma slap for Nintendo
I've only seen a small bit of this game, but from what I can tell, it seems to be separated from Pokémon just enough to be fine. Sure, the creatures look like pokemon, but Pokémon have covered such a wide variety of designs and styles that it's hard not to make something visually similar.
They literally cant sue as japan has no laws against copy infringement and the creaters of palworld are also japanese.
This quite literally seems like absolute trash 😂 all the people i know who have tried it quit after an hour lol

The Steamdeck and Palworld was exactly what the industry needed. It sends a subtle but strong message for Nintendo that it needs to step up the quality of the products it provides to its customers. Competition is good cause it make companies step up. Gamefreak can do so much better with Pokemon. It’s nice to see actual quality products that rivals the switch and Pokemon games. I’m a Pokemon fan and honestly this is a win for everyone.

Calling digimon a pokemon rip off is calling steak a slim Jim rip off. Shin megami tensei is the cow, btw, pokemon and digimon actually were in development very close together in time as IP, as derivatives of SMT. digimon was designed to be the boys counterpart to tamagotchi to be released alongside it, not a pokemon rip off. Also, the digimon anime have way more in common with ET or isekai than they do pokemon.
