Cause it’s the only real Nintendo game announced for this year lol I don’t think this game will be that great, but will be fun for peach fans

Make Daisy and Rosalina playable and maybe I’ll believe it.

Considering the other games announced for 2024, thats not the best endorsement.

The presentation looks fun but gameplay seems too slow for me. My biggest fear is they made it too much for little kids that adults who are Peach fans won’t like it. I hope they can prove me wrong.

I dunno. I want to be interested in this game, but from what we’ve seen so far, it just looks a bit too shallow. And yeah, I get that “it’s a game for kids so why do you even care as a grown man har har” but it’s not impossible for a game geared towards children to have enough depth for adults to enjoy as well. See: every other Nintendo game ever. But I’m getting less than a Lego game in that regard.

We don’t even know much about the game though.

I don’t think the game will _flop_, but if it cracks more than a couple million units I will be surprised.

I think it looks really interesting on paper, but in practice, what has been shown looks too simple for me to want to spend $60 on it. Like, if I didn’t pace myself, it seems like I might be able to finish it in about 5-6 hours (and that’s being generous).

Is Princess Peach Showtime the only Nintendo published Switch game that’s not a remake or remaster announced for this year? I figure there will be more announced later, but, at least for now, I think the headline checks out.

It looks fine and all but it has big shoes to fill for creativity that Wonder had.

Pfff. Supposedly a new 3D Mario is gonna come out so I’d say not really lol.
Kariodude
Why does it look like a series of minigames?

Man y’all are really sleeping on this one. Mark my words this is absolutely going to be the best original 2024 Switch game that was announced in 2023.
Tough-Priority-4330
Considering all its competing against is remakes, it’s not a hard bar to pass.
Fwenhy
I haven’t seen the trailers or anything.. just a couple screenshots.
What is this game, exactly? Platformer? Or what? Would appreciate some insight <3. I cant say I’m particularly hyped for it but if I find a used copy for a good price I might pick it up.

People are definitely underestimating this game. I really hope it sells well and becomes a huge success.
