Class action lawsuit may be a bit extreme, but definitely get the Better Business Bureau involved. I didn't personally pay for any of the event, but selling a service which doesn't work and blaming the user for not knowing why their BUG occurred is a joke.

never spent a dime except on the GO Fests. I get how rural players depend on day to day items like pokeballs and potions to actually play, but that's a separate problem. I would pay for a real in-game story mode, but the only point of spending money I can see- granted you have access to daily legendary raids, is to max out legendries for UL/ML and for getting stardust- so you can dump 300K into a one-week catch cup. It just gets me they're like 'we're taking away premiere and classic bc XL candy is easy to get' and I have like 10.

Not sure if you mentioned it. But in Vegas tour we got two days for the ticket price. But LA tour we only got one day for probably the same price.
The raid boxes r very good BUT. I can tell that raids IVs have dropped. At the LA event, 80 raids and zero good IVs.

If Niantic runs or hires their web store security like they run their game they could be hacked in the near future to the point I'm worried about using their site. Especially since you need to use your pogo acct credentials to log in

i think the question is are these item boxes necessary for go tour, and or relevant? 70 regular passes but are you going to use all 70 for go tour? sure we may use some, but give us deals on remote passes to raid the origins for crying out loud
Fear mongering. All server based apps are like this, it's nothing new. Games stop and their servers shut down all the time. If you want to spend money on it to get ahead in the game (p2w), that's on you. Nothing is permanent when it comes to server based applications.
Look at it like this, you can buy some fast food for $20 and be hungry a couple hours later, or you can buy some tickets for this game that could eventually shut down. Same thing.

Fun fact but the boxes that are on a "discount" in the pokemon go shop(not the web store)are the SAME as before. You may think "ooo 7000 for 50 super and regular incubators. What a great discount!" That's the same price as it was before. Think of those "Black Friday" deals on target. Same thing
if you dont buy boxes eggs will take forever, same with getting legendarys in rural areas ect…. so yes you do need to buy stuff. F2p is crap. This is from a player that played since summer 2016. On lvl 45. 70million xp i play in a rural area and i dont spend.

You are the only PoGo player I watch anymore because you are honest and truthful, even here in this video at the very beginning. But—and you know this, the only way to win is to stop paying to play. You can still create your content without paying. You do know that, right? I know you are in Alaska and there are some logistical issues in that, but you can figure it. You do not need to max out or evolve Pokemon for us. Your message becomes so much more powerful when you continue your message calling out the nonsense and hypocrisy and you continue to teach us in your GBL videos, but you refuse to pay them. That would inspire so many people. You can still get paid and continue your job and say thanks to people who gift you tickets you do not request, but if you legitimately go FTP, that would be so, so, so powerful. Niantic gets away with their corruption because players are addicted. The game is intentfully designed to be addictive. You are like the only clear-headed player on YT. We appreciate it and we know you do not pay more than you feel you need to for your channel, but I think you can run this ship FTP and have it still be amazing. Believe in yourself.

My son last night caught a shiny Cressellia on his 1st Raid. Took me 47. Then My son redeemed his Free Origin form Giratina from the $5 ticket. Of course it was shiny. A free Shiny Origin Form Giratina from paid research. So Crazy.
