i was one of the ones who bought the 5 dollar ticket that was mistakenly placed in shop

Even the most questionable companies like square enix, ,Nintendo, and EA at least know how to make money. Meanwhile, Niantic is driving people away from enjoying this game, let alone buy something. Niantic doesn't know how to do anything right and they need to get sued.
Ngl the Sinnoh Tour in LA was awesone only downside was the shiny rates for dialga and palkia both forns were in my opinion kinda low

i didn't remote raid last night but i didn't get the 5,000xp for each successful raid i did darkrai yesterday during the raid hour. paid the ticket for the extra XP but it's not working. i want to support the game but they keep messing up

I did the Los Angeles event on Saturday and had the city pass on Friday and Sunday. The Origin Forme raids were the second half of every hour, so I did those raids for 30 minutes, then caught for the first 30 minutes of each hour. Whether selecting diamond or pearl, every Origin Forme from those raids had the signature move for every raid.
I attended the Sinnoh LA Tour and feel like I threw money away. The Spirittomb Research to Spin 8 Spiritomb only had 4 spins there and the rest were apparently in downtown San Diego. Also my group and I did about 60 raids each and all of us only got one shiny Dialga and one shiny Palkia Orgin Forme. Everybody we talked to had not caught a secondary. In order to encounter Basculin which was available in shiny you had to encounter during routes and there were absolutely no routes in the venue. I hatched 250 eggs paid for the egg add on, and the raid add on and bought the $40 raid pass bundle in their online store and hatched only 1 shiny. I understand it’s a game of luck but from everybody I talked to we all left disappointed.
Too late for me I claimed my four legendries. Bright side they had crappy IV's so they are/were good for the extra candy and trades. Yeah, they are truly bad with communication and delivering something that isn't broken. SMH
Bro, I got the ticket at 10:09am on the 19th thinking I was going to get extra XP from the raids I did that day and NOPE did not work, reset my phone 4-5 times and still nothing, then around raid hour it was working, so I lost out on 60,000 XP (with lucky egg and did 6 raids) I was confused and also upset as I am working on my way to level 50!!! Thanks for getting the word out!, I hope they compensate us for this!

What they posted about the time zones reflecting the reason for not getting 5000 XP bonus is bogus, I live in Amsterdam and I was doing raids in Asia they are 7-8-9- hours ahead of me, they just did not turn on the tickets bonus! That sucks for an explanation!

Does anyone remember that niantic was suppose to release darkrai with its exclusive move but then the pandemic happened and they stopped and said they'll release it in anlater date and didn't but still managed to release sacred sword on the trio with their shiny variations available and yet still no dark void for darkrai or whatever its called. Thats why i gave up with this company and i started back in 2016 when it launched and even then the gsme was brocken after a week but at least it seemed like thdy cared about fixing things now its jusy seems like "shut up and give me your money".
Niantic think we live on this game and only play this game…

2 of my raids just disappeared yesterday while I was in the middle of the remote raid, just strait up disappeared and sent me back to the catch screen, thanks for robbing my money

hahahahaha niantic in a nutshell, they 1.000.000% are doing it on purpose. Like somebody else said its a SCAM and they should be criminally charged for as many times they have done this. Hold them accountable!, Its like if i were to open up a company to sell tshirts, but i dont have the funds. I charge for every tshirt im shipping out, but im actually not shipping out anything im simply collecting funds to be able to pay for all the tshirts i need to get done and ship them out weeks later. Its FKN illegal niantic! Im gonna look up how you sue them for this kind of thing, we should all do it together.

I was down at GO Fest LA and here is my take away. The organizers didn't do a good job from the start at explaining the rundown of the day, where to go upon arrival. They painted this picture that you had to enter in from the location of the ticket you purchased. You didn't. It didn't matter which door you came in on, they didn't even check your tickets to get in. The frustrating part came when there was no signs or directions as to which line was which, and some people working for the event were giving misinformation as to where to go adding to the confusion. Signs would have helped.
The bag checks to enter bogged down the lines by a lot. I would suggest having double or triple the bag screeners to get as many folks in as fast as possible. As the flow of people drops, move those bag screeners into other tasks throughout the park as need for workers in other areas increases.
They had plenty of parking, but they weren't even checking license plates, so you could have parked without paying.
Ride share companies were directed to go all over the place, and in different entrances than they normally use for events. That added confusion for people coming to pickup/drop off.
There wasn't enough food venders, that caused long lines, and food was expensive (which I expected). They made you dump your water bottles (unless purchased and sealed), but didn't have filling stations for people to easily refill upon entry. There were drinking fountains by the stadium and at the far end of the golf course. Only places we found.
As for raiding and catching. You had 18 free passes to use, so if you spent some time raiding, then other times catching, you had a solid balance. We spent time at first catching to get that event research done. Then raided a bit, moved around switching between catching and raiding. It was easy to balance, but having a GO Plus catcher helped for sure. It would be more of a grind if you didn't have an auto catcher. You definitely feel FOMO when you hear people around you cheering on their shiny successes and other cool catches.
We spent day two around Old Pasadena. It was fun, but there were missed opportunities by both the city, and organizers to do more. A bigger partnership would have been great.
My biggest issue was how the event exclusive research disappeared at 5pm sharp on Sunday. That means if you didn't claim that research it was also gone at 5pm. In other events you've had a grace period of time to claim your event research, not with this. I lost my Azelf, Uxie, and Mesprit research chances. I was planning on claiming it all on my ride to the airport when I could give my attention to claiming research. I was trying to use my time to catch and raid over claiming research on that last day. I know that is partly on me for not claiming it, but I thought I had time to claim it since I completed it during the event.
Over all we had a blast and enjoyed both days. Could things have been improved to make experiences better, yes. But on the whole it was fun.
TL;DR~ B+ event.
Rose Bowl Sinnoh tour was fun. Regular spawns were meh. Hisui spawns were awesome but spawned during Orgin raids. Raids were constant but Orgin form catch&shiny rates were low. Adventure Effects are cracked. Every Orgin form you caught came with the signature move. The play area was massive. I personally didn’t experience any crashes. Lost motivation to play for a long time but had a great time at the event.
The Sinnoh in person event(at the Rose Bowl) was great but what sucked was that the Hisui Pokémon spawned at the same time as the origin raids. The Hisui Pokemon were by far the better spawns in the event so having them more often would’ve been nice and if you were grinding the orgin forms (like I was) then you did have to rely on your go plus during those 30 minute increments. The regular spawns were nothing special, mostly comm day Pokémon and shinies we’ve had before although there were a lot of 2nd stage evo spawns. And a lot of people were getting the shiny lake trio in the wild. The Orgin form catch rates and shiny rates were low. They were really hard to catch. I did about 95 Orgin raids in 2 days and got 1 shiny Orgin Dialga and 3 shiny Orgin Palkia and no hundos. But I think I got lucky with shiny Palkia, some people got 1 or none, some got Shundos. It was a toss-up. Also the Adventure effects are amazing and every Orgin Palkia or Dialga came with the signature move. Also from what I’m hearing the area was MUCH bigger than the Hoenn Tour in Vegas last year(I didn’t go to that). The stadium itself was 1 biome on its own. The golf course was massive and hosted the other 3 biomes and they were also huge. Pokestops were plentiful and were pretty close together enough. The raids gyms were clustered together as well so you didn’t have to move if you wanted to raid and they popped every 10 minutes, so you could get 8-15 Orgin raids in every 30 minutes. It’s also worth noting that I lost motivation to play this game for a long time and I really enjoyed myself.

Sorry Poke AK Niantic didn’t tell to screw you. They told why his bonuses didn’t work. You can’t expect to get bonuses from raids if the bonuses aren’t active for your time zone.
I live a few miles from the Rose Bowl and I just didn't feel like going to it.

All mine are over the 1500 limit. Like 1510. 1550, 1530. It’s sucks the thing that brought me to it is people were saying the the could use them in that 1500 limit PvP. And I bought both tickets it doesn’t seem like the extra stardust for hatch
