So if I understand 1/60 shiny odds for 10km eggs so in order to hopefully hatch a shiny you may need to hatch 60 10km which equates to 600km. I reckon if you hatched 60 eggs Niantic would ban you for cheating as none of us are walking 600km in a weekend!! I think its about time to take Niantic less serious and stop buying these extra add ons as a lot of people I talked to across the world felt the event was poor. Unlike Niantic who are now rich.. every day the world finds a way to rid the non rich of their hard earned cashand for a game..
Sinnoh tour was not great. Now, I have mixed feeling about Go fest.
Will Arceus be worth the trouble? Niantic with their last minute announcements and half effort venue arrangements.

Very true. Everyone said throughout the day. "Why is the catch rate not boosted.. we are missing raids because of catching." I was just happy to play and have someone allow me to come out with them, but that was brought up by just about everyone I met that day who was actually raiding like us.
I got a shundo non move lol, so we will see how that conversation plays out as well…..
I love happiny bonsly mantyke and munchlax were low to pop up and that's all I hatched so far besides a riolu and a few more to clear see how those go.
Also nature's madness is the signature move for the tapu quad which will make them decent fairy attackers maybe
Woohoo Sand attack and Metal sound do sound promising
I want Sand Attack to be either a dragon breath or shadow claw or counter clone and be given to specific weak mono ground types for now like Kanto Sandslash and Kanto Dugtrio and some more.
If I had to choose, a ground dragon breath for them sounds nice, because of the 1 turn it'll still chip flying types with low hp because it always does 1 dmg like Lock-On on ghosts and Dragon Breath on fairies
I just hope they don't instantly screw it and give to something already good like Pidgeot, but some non ground types could appreciate it.
Somehow I did like 40 or 50 raids and got 1 shiny altered giratina, 2 shiny origin dialgas, and 2 shiny origin palkias, I must’ve just been really really lucky.

Shiny rate for those 10km did not feel like they were boosted whatsoever.
Nature's madness is a signature move for all the Tapu. Darkest Lariat was incineroar exclusive move in generation 7 and generation 8 other pokemon can learn it.
Making pokémon GO this bad don't worry I'm about monster Hunter now who knows what Niantic is doing in that game.
So basically the eggs weren't boosted at all since the babies already have those rates or close to it😂
Hopefully, Melmetal gets metal sound. He really needs a new fast move.
The shiny rates for the eggs were terrible. Last year for the Hoenn Tour I hatched less eggs and got 2 shiny Tropius, this year I hatched more eggs and got squat!
Why you are pissed? 1/64 is normal shiny boosted rate for eggs.
Niantic/Pokémon International is so preditory its discusting. This isn't a kids game anymore.
I spended 400$ on origin raids and only i get 1 shiny origin palkia after 22 raids,3 shiny giratina after 14 raids and after 89 raids i did't get shiny origin dialga ( fun fact i get 2 shiny normal dialga after around 19 raids) If Niantic make higher shiny rate for raids, I wanna say that there are more ways to get money and ripping players on global events becouse they did't want to go on in person event in las vegas isn't very nice🤬🤬🤬🤬
Idk did they boost catch rates for the tour last year? Or was that exclusive to go FEST? Cause I don’t remember the primals being easy to catch, but I do remember mega rayquaza having a light orange/green circle when catching it.
So maybe they adjust catch rates for the fest instead of the tour
But yeah, wouldn’t complain about catching more of the raid bosses I spend $2 to get
180 10km eggs and 70km of walking to hatch eggs in ideal conditions to get all the shiny Pokemon guaranteed.
I wanna see the shiny rates for Palkia and Dialga raids. I did 77 total and got ZERO shinies. I'm pretty pissed.

1% shiny rate seems about right based on my experience… 600 eggs and only 6 shinys
I decided to stop spending money because this event was nothing but a scam 😒 bought all of the add ons and didn't get crap despite walking over 10k each day… my legs are still sore from going all out during the weekend

Why do the half distance without telling us that we were not gonna get anything but 2km during the week ? Then during the weekend were it would actually matter they gave everyone else the 50 distance anyways ! I was hoping to see more 10km eggs but got maybe 10 ? Saw nothing but 2km and 5km
I can not express enough how frustrated i was after doing over 100 palkia raids ( i chose that path) and was only able to get 2 crappy shinys at the very veeery end
I only got 1 98% and the rest had terrible ivs

I definitely felt scammed for going all the way to LA from the middle of the Midwest
The Sinnoh tour raids yielded horrible results for IVs . I did over 200 raids between Giratina, Dialga (both forms), and Palkia – not one with good IVs. Pokemon Go has become a bad investment.
I'm the last person to defend Niantic, but I just dont understand the people who are pissed about lesser shiny rates for the global event. It was FREE! The LA event cost me over $1000 between the event tickets, flights, hotels, transportation, food, etc. I completely get bitching about the low rates of the special moves since raid passes are a premium paid item, but in person should absolutely get better perks.
Did 75 raids no Palkia origin shiny, idk why

I went 1-700 on sinnoh eggs and 6-175 on sinnoh legendary raids
Eggs are just a big scam. I hatched a lot of eggs over the weekend and I probably still only hatched ten 10k eggs among all of the others I was able to do. I don't think I kept anything I hatched and no shinies. Regularly hatch about fifty eggs a week and most of it is junk and half of the egg pool has been in a com day already
Shiny rates were trash.
To expensive for raid passes to try and roll for high iv or shiny legendaries. Better off gambling your money away in Vegas.
Got luck with the eggs, only hatched maybe 3-4 batches over the weekend. Got a shiny chatot, pachirisu, a shiny bonsley, a hundo Pachirisu and munchlax. Crazy luck

I actually got a shiny Pachirisu in one of my left over eggs the day after. I'm the only person I'm aware of who hatched a shiny, period.

I hatched 120 Eggs Over 70 10km and I hatched a Shiny Qwilfish from one of 20 5km eggs I had

I hatched 2 pachirisus and 2 chatots last weekend. The first of each were shinies and I was over the moon. 5 non-shiny carnivines, so 9 10ks in total
I just hate Niantic in general 😂
