Sygna Suit Renegade Cynthia is indeed paired with Giratina. She was kind of a spoiler for PLA without us knowing she was a spoiler, since she was released a month before PLA was. She's just the same old Cynthia, but now partnered with Giratina. Giratina, ever since the events of PLA, has vowed to protect this world instead of destroy it. Hence why it's teamed up with Cynthia now over Volo.
