Levitate – Ignores all ground type moves
Prepared – When opponent skips a turn (Sleeping, Flinched, ETC.), Acts twice per turn.
Pokedex ntry: The cloak made of leaves helps this bird to float and imitate wings it lacks, as well as it provides natural defence for environmental hazards like cold or wind, it also helps performing ritual dances when meeting a new mate.
