I don’t know why the pokemon company does this, lol. It is almost like conscious trolling.
Always Google it first. Saves disappointment if you only have 1 shiny and want to evolve it.

Munnas shiny is definitely better, but the evolution is by no means a bad shiny.

bulbapedia is your best friend. they showcase all the generations so you can see the latest version (because gamefreak does love to switch up shinies every now and then) so you can get a good idea what the mon will look in pokemon go.

I love shiny Musharna! Honestly some shinies that are too different ruin the design for me. Of course some of them are much too subtle however

I have learned to Google the shiny evolutions first before evolving after I evolved my shiny Sandshrew and he went from cute green ball to a basic red bitch.
