Sooner or later the Pokemon Company will have cut Niantic off, then they will cease to exist. Everyone hates this company and only play Pogo because we love Pokemon, but this brands vibe is quickly diminishing.
Complaint after Complaint to Niantic of Admin spoofing their location at park. Knowing they are not there in person. Driving 70 mph 20 min away and killing Admin gym. Magically they are there aswell. Pumping berry after berry. Lol, fair play disclaimers? Garbage.
The areas where raids fill immediately are 90% spoofers. Notice you hardly see anyone getting banned lately? Hmmm wonder why 😂
Its extremely important that people NEVER stop calling them out on the avatar screw up on X though. As long as the complaints are so overwhelming majority of tweets, they might delete their entire business account in order to make the company look better, which would be hilarious.
Several other game companies have deleted their X accounts recently due to backlash that they didn't want to address.
I've been going hard since 2021, never missing time unless I absolutely couldn't play but lately I'm just missing events, going days without playing and even some days, not opening the app!! My sons introduced me to Balders Gate3 and I'm obsessed but that's been since Nov so it's not just that but seeing the difference with how those creators treat their customer base vs Niantic..is just night and day (obviously the games are too but..) and it makes it harder to wanna support their constant shadiness. What player wants the graphics on their avatar to look worse when they've been waiting so long for an update? What fan wants to pay for things they previously had for free? What fan wants to be scolded for how they enjoy to play the game? My 14 year old niece had to lie to make an account when she was 13..like wtf? Can't have 2 accounts? Why??? Yeahhhh..I think I need to scale back cause this hatorade I'm drinking is giving me too much gas 🤣🤣

My masterball from previous research is missing. I am 100% sure I've not used it nor discarded it. I contacted Niantic support and they're seriously not responding properly. Sending automated replies and not helping at all. Really disappointing experience.
well they also cut alot of their purcheases by messing coin pricess in Turkey which is still an issue and anyone in major groups i know literally stopped buying a single coin (also spoofers and stuff probably)
I can sum it up in one question.
Why bother trying to please your playerbase if you know it's full of suckers who will play regardless of how badly you treat them?
It's like an abusive relationship.

Niantic would of tested the avatar update and asked for opinions on it before releasing it worldwide…. So how on earth did it get approved and who did they ask??
We just going to avoid saying the real reason people are mad at the avatar update? They don't like looking at the realistic avatars based off of your real world measurements. Go play Pokemon GO with Adventure Sync on while on the treadmill friends.

I think that Niantic and social media is skewing the information they're trying to make it seem like people moved on.. and in other countries like my friends in the Philippines, they don't understand that it really is a battle against this kind of media in America
After all the time I've spent on this game theres no way id let these little "problems" cause me to quit the game. This shit means too much to me. I love pokemon and pokemon go allows me to keep it in my life because im not a fan of the newer pokemon games on switch. Just let it go and cherish it while we still have the chance the play pogo❤
Fr though i dont play gbl as much anymore because i swear i get matched up against the perfect movesets and pokemon to wipe me off the map lol and i used to think of myself as a pretty good player in gbl too
This is a very very causal game!! Their target audience is the grandpa and grandma! Play the game for free at ur own pace. Don't need to feel fomo
The company has really not listened to us in first place.
The thing about the whales is that they are only whaling while there are other players to show off to. If most of the average players quit/stop caring/barely play, the whales also move on. Sure, 10,000 whales monetary-wise might be better for Niantic, but, if the whales have no one to show off to, it is over. And right now, tons of normies have dropped off. My community is barely alive, most of those remaining are free to play and only 2 whales remain.

Honestly the one thing Ill be buying from POGO is the shiny mythical field research because finding shiny jirachi legitametly in the mainline games is basically impossible.
What should I do if I bought clothes and they took them back without refunding my pokecoins back and I have to buy those clothes again ? I contacted them four times and haven't had a reply yet.

Commoners have simply no sense of aesthetics and they cannot see how awful the new graphics are or simply don´t care…
The freaks responsible for this upgrade and others weirdos working at niantic think it´s "beautiful" because it´s "realistic", or because they make everyone as ugly as they are, so… "justice"
Those devs never heard about things like "uncanny valley" as well, so they have absolutely no clue about what they are doing…
Also, they don´t know what basic coherence means and that´s why they think they must have "realistic graphics" in an anime stylized game, it´s valid for the new "biomes" as well, that absolutely don´t mix with the pokemon creatures style
And that also explains why they used washed out colors for the avatars when they have very saturated colors for the creatures, pure lack of minimum knowledge about everything gamre related…
And I don´t even thouched the fact they destroyed gender identification in the name of "including" the 0.1% that identify thenselves and genderless people…
But my main complaint are the general ugliness, we´ve seem games being ugly in the past or companies reducing the quality of their products to cut on expenses…
A company actively SPENDING MORE to reduce they quality of the product they made even that it would cause losses is a completely new thing.
It would be unthinkable a mere decade ago.
Boycotts do work, they've pretty much always worked. It's the reason why apartheid in South Africa was stopped.
If you're only thinking about your own YouTube channel, then maybe you're being biased towards advocating a boycott. So really you're part of the problem.
I uninstalled when those horrific avatars made their debut.

I recently got back into the game, I don't care for the avatar changes, doesn't affect me much, but I can see why alot of people hate it tho.
The one that really makes me more likely to not stick with the game and fall off again is the remote raids issue
It doesn't help that when people continue to complain about remote raids or the avatars on Social Media after the initial outrage dies down they get told to "stop whining and deal with it" or "cry harder" by their peers. So the people that are still trying to be vocal and hold Niantic accountable get shot down by the very same people who were upset about the change themselves, but are willing to roll over and let Niantic do whatever they want.
I haven’t touch the game after the avatar update. I moved on. Although I still watch videos related to Pokemon Go.
We all need to just stop playing unite one of the biggest prob with humans we the people run this bitch with out all of use. they get no money companys cant thrive

I appreciate the honesty of this video at the end of the day niantic will still profit and make money off those who still want to play the game but for some of the loyal dedicated players (myself included) they may take a step back and decide is it worth playing if the company don’t care about the communities opinion.
